Meeting Information

When: Tuesday August 23, 2016

Time: 7:00 p.m.

A special meeting has been called by the Board of Directors to allow the membership of The Village to vote on two separate referendums:

1.  expanding and improving the kitchen area to include an updated kitchen space and enlarged meeting/activity area

2.  adding a fine schedule to Deed Restriction Violations allowing the Board to levy fines for particular deed restriction violations.

Proxies were mailed out to all property owners in The Village last week. Unfortunately ballots and detailed explanation of these two items were omitted. Detailed explanation of both the kitchen remodel and the changes in the Fine Policy are on pages 2 and 3 of the August newsletter.   August-Newsletter 2016      Explanations of both proposals will be included in an additional mailing to each property owner  along with a ballot. This information will also be available at the meeting on August 23.

Please watch for these important documents. The board hopes everyone will attend the Special Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, August 23, 2016. The meeting will be held at The Village Recreation Center beginning at 7PM.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact any Board member.

A little bit about our community ∞ High Meadow Ranch was developed by family owned and operated Jack Frey Properties.  In 1994, Jack discovered an area nestled in southern Montgomery County where the rolling prairie met a forest of beautiful majestic oaks and towering pine trees.

By making The Village at High Meadow home, a unique quality of life is established. It’s a place where families can live among spacious lots, friendly neighbors, and great family values.

Residents in The Village at High Meadow are likely to witness native wildlife wondering throughout the natural forest and creek beds.

They are also able to enjoy an abundance of recreational activities including the premier eighteen-hole championship golf course in High Meadow Ranch, swimming in The Village recreation center pool or playing tennis on the lighted courts.

The Village at High Meadow is a neighborhood with a sense of hometown values and community spirit, where dreams are realized and true country living is rooted in the value of its people and their many relationships.
